Welcome to GentleWaash. By using our website, mobile services, or laundry/dry-cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Service Overview
GentleWaash provides laundry, dry-cleaning, ironing, and pickup & delivery services. By booking a service, the customer agrees to allow GentleWaash to handle, clean, and process their garments.
2. Order Booking & Confirmation
- Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability.
- A confirmation message will be sent once the order is accepted.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices vary based on garment type and cleaning method.
- Final pricing will be confirmed after inspection of clothes.
- Payments can be made through UPI, cash, card, or online methods.
- All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- We offer free pickup and delivery within our service areas.
- Customers must ensure they hand over the correct items.
- GentleWaash is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external conditions.
5. Garment Care & Responsibility
We take utmost care of your clothes, but:
- GentleWaash is not liable for weak fabrics that shrink, bleed, or get damaged during normal cleaning.
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or defects are not our responsibility.
- Certain stains may not completely disappear despite best efforts.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In rare cases of loss or damage:
- Compensation will be limited to 5 times the cleaning charge of the item.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- GentleWaash will not be liable for items not collected within 30 days.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Check all clothing pockets before pickup.
- Mention delicate items or special instructions in advance.
- Accept minor variations in color or texture due to natural fabric behavior.
8. Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup.
- Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Delivery time changes must be communicated at least 2 hours earlier.
9. Offers & Discounts
- Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless mentioned.
- Offers may vary based on location and order value.
10. Prohibited Items
Customers must not hand over:
- Items containing valuables, jewellery, or cash
- Hazardous materials
- Items with heavy damage, oil, or chemical stains
GentleWaash is not responsible for prohibited items left in clothes.
11. Privacy & Data Usage
By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding service updates and offers.
12. Limitation of Liability
GentleWaash will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by external factors
- Natural wear and tear of garments
- Fading, discoloration, or shrinkage of sensitive fabrics
- Any indirect, incidental, or accidental damages
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
